Welcome to www.unshealthstore.com. The following Sales Polices and Terms and Conditions contains important information that Ulan Nutritional Services, Inc. (“UNS”), UNS Health Store (“Store,” “our,” “us” or “we”) needs to share with you and for you to understand. By viewing this website or anything made available on or through www.unshealthstore.com, including but not limited to consultations, programs, other services, free opt-in gifts, videos, blog posts, e-newsletters, e-mails, social media posts and/or other communication (collectively referred to as “Website”), you are agreeing to accept all parts of these Policies and Terms and Conditions.
SALES POLICIES:
Credit Cards
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.
Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. UNS Health Store, a division of Ulan Nutritional Systems, Inc. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
Shipping Policy
Shipping Time -- Most orders received before 9:00 AM will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 9:00 AM will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
Returns
We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.
Workshop and Seminar Registrations. We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a seminar or related event(s) at our sole discretion. If we cancel or postpone a seminar or event, we will use reasonable efforts to reschedule the canceled or postponed seminar or event to within twelve (12) months from its original start date. Registration fees paid by registrants for a canceled or postponed seminar shall be applicable to the rescheduled seminar on a dollar-for-dollar basis only. In the event UNS elects not to reschedule the canceled seminar or event, registrant will be offered a refund. If this occurs, our responsibility is limited to a refund of any registration fees already paid. UNS is not responsible for related or unrelated losses, costs and or expenses registrant may incur or have incurred as a result of any trip cancellations or changes. Please allow 30 days for us to process any refunds or credits changes.
Seminar dates and locations are subject to change without prior notice. UNS reserves the right to change any instructors for each seminar or event without notice.
Registration confirmations: You will receive a seminar and venue information letter via email by two weeks before the scheduled date of your seminar. If you have not received it by two weeks before the scheduled date, please contact the office at 727-442-7101 or email info@unsinc.info
Refund Policies for Workshops and Seminars
The refund policies for workshops and events sold through this website are as follows: Once paid, registration fees for workshop & seminars are nonrefundable. If a registrant desires to reschedule his/her attendance at a workshop or seminar, a transfer certificate will be saved in your personal record with UNS in value to the dollar amount paid for the original registration. A registration is transferable to another individual so as long as we receive written authorization from the original buyer requesting the transfer; such transfer will be done by a certificate in value to the dollar amount paid for the original registration. Sale of seminar, workshop or credit is not permitted, nor can the fees paid be used to purchase products. Sale or transfer of seminar tickets or credits is not permitted.
Taxes
Our Store is required to charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the following states: CA, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, IA, KA, MD, MA, MI, MN, MO, NJ, NY, NC, PA, TN, TX, WA, WI. If your order is shipped to a state other than these, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes on your order. Note that each year there are additional states where we are required to charge and pay sales taxes on products shipped to those states so the foregoing lists of states is subject to change.
Dietary Supplement Sale Notice
No statement made on the Website has been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration nor are any intended to make any claim that these products prevent, mitigate or cure disease.
Equipment Sales
This site offers equipment for sale. All sales are final unless a product is defective. Any product warranties are those provided directly from the manufacturer. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNS AND STORE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTIES' RIGHTS, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT OUR EQUIPMENT WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, NOR DO WE MAKE ANY WARRANTY AS TO THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE EQUIPMENT. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED FROM YOU OR FROM US SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY MADE HEREIN.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, UNS and Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. UNS and Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, UNS Health Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Other Conditions
These Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether UNS Health Store signs them or not. We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these Conditions at any time.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Notice Regarding Nutrition Response Testing and the Test Kits. Nutrition Response Testing is a non-invasive system of analyzing the body to assist a practitioner’s assessment of the underlying causes of ill health through changes in the autonomic nervous system. This system is based upon energetic, homeopathic, chiropractic and kinesthetic views of function. The view that neurological reflexes provide information about the client’s health status as developed in this system is not a conventional medical or chiropractic view but considered to be a form of complementary or alternative medicine.
Testing provides guidance in screening for organic illness or underlying “energetic” dysfunction and should not be relied upon by itself as a final test of the presence or absence of any disease. Nutrition Response Testing is not the practice of medicine or nutrition and does not provide diagnosis of or treatment for any medical condition nor conclusive evidence about nutritional deficiency or sensitivity. It is informational and meant to address energetic or autonomic reflex issues or raise potential health issues that can be explored by appropriate health care practitioners. While there is published literature and clinical experience supporting this method, the body of evidence has not been sufficiently demonstrated by clinically controlled studies to be recognized as valid by the medical community or federal or state regulatory agencies.
The Nutrition Response Testing system and other wellness products sold on this site are not approved medical devices, no claims are made for the diagnosis and treatment of disease and have not been submitted to nor evaluated by the US Food and Drug Administration. Statements regarding dietary supplements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
No Practitioner/Client Relationship. UNS and Store provide users with online access to learn about our services. The notification of these services does not create a doctor/patient relationship.
